4. Must offer 99.9% uptime SLA in writing.
5. Must support data export in CSV and JSON.
6. Must provide SOC 2 Type II compliance report.
7. Must support custom branding (white-label option).
8. Must offer a dedicated customer success manager.
9. Must support multi-currency invoicing.
10. Must provide audit logs retained for at least 1 year.
11. Must offer a sandbox/test environment.
12. Must support integration with Microsoft 365.
