4. Uptime SLA: We target 99.9% but do not offer a written SLA at this tier.
5. Data export: Yes, CSV and JSON supported.
6. SOC 2: Yes, SOC 2 Type II report available on request.
7. White-label: Not currently supported on our roadmap.
8. Dedicated CSM: Only available on our Enterprise plan (higher tier).
9. Multi-currency: Yes, supports 20+ currencies.
10. Audit logs: Retained for 90 days by default, 1 year available as paid add-on.
11. Sandbox: Yes, included for all plans.
